Describe what you need like: “Create invoices for this client portfolio,” and JAX handles the heavy lifting.
Ask JAX to identify overdue accounts or pull specific payment histories in seconds.
Get your sales invoices branded
Upload your logo with the new invoice template editor and Xero pulls your brand colors to create professional invoices that speak your brand. Tweak fonts, rename columns, add payment details, and more.
"Pay Now" on your customer statements
I know we had this on the last quarterly update, but this is something that's been needed for a while so I've kept it in case you missed it..
Xero have added a "Pay Now" button to statements, so customers can pay multiple sales in one payment when you send them a statement.

COMING SOON
You will be able to let customers commit to a future payment date from the moment they receive the invoice – helping them avoid missed due dates, they get flexibility, you get predictable cash flow that helps you plan ahead.
From mid March 2026, when you upload, email or snap a photo of a receipt, invoice or rental statement using the Xero app, advanced AI technology will:
Auto-read key details: All the key information from your document is read automatically, line by line.
Pre-populate records: When you create a record for the document, all the data is automatically prefilled for you.
Smart matching: The system checks the extracted data from the record against your bank feed and automatically suggests matches for you.
Currently, this workflow supports Invoices, Receipts, and Rental Statements. Support for Bills will arrive in April 2026.
