We’ll spend 1-2 hours on an online call with you, solving one or two specific problems you need answers for. This can also be a great option if you’re a new user, or if you’re looking to understand the basics of the software.

Day visits for in-depth, hands-on training

If you’re after wider-ranging support, an on-site day visit with content structured around your business and needs might suit you best. Our day visits are perfect if:

You’ve had Xero for a year or more but are finding it confusing to navigate.
You need help moving everything over from another system.
You want to dedicate a good chunk of time to learning the ropes and tailoring your Xero software to your business.
