improvements to bills

You can now manage & make changes to bills from a single split screen, with your list of "bills" on one side & the "edit bill" window on the other side.

The "new bill" option also provides you with more shortcuts to reduce the time taken to create new bills.

You can now upload a photo or file directly in the Xero Accounting app to automatically create a draft bill & Xero AI will extract the key details.

Xero have refreshed the purchase order experience. The updated purchase order list view will be cleaner and customisable - you can choose which columns to display and arrange them how you like, so you can see what matters most at a glance.

improvements to sales

Xero have launched enhanced invoice tracking that shows exactly who received each invoice email in the audit trail, including second, third, and subsequent send events, not just the first one.

Xero have added a "Pay Now" button to statements, so customers can pay multiple sales in one payment when you send them a statement. You'll need to have enabled Stripe as a payment option.

automatic bank reconciliation

JAX (Just Ask Xero) will work behind the scenes to automatically categorise and match many of your bank transactions in real time. A new ‘Reconciled’ page will give you full visibility of JAX’s work and make it easy to make corrections. And if you do make changes, JAX will learn from your actions for next time. This release is expected to be available from late November, and will be rolled out over the coming months.

Get notified in payroll of minimum wage levels - automatically get alerted during pay runs if an employee is paid below the statutory minimum wage.
